Our sixteen manufacturer certifications

Each certification comes from the manufacturer, which trains our technicians, inspects our tooling and gives us its repair procedures. Select a linked brand to see what its program requires and what we repair.

Certification is not about the sign on the building. It is about which parts a shop can buy, which procedures it can pull, and who audits the work. Independent shops hold certifications too. What matters is whether the shop repairing your car holds the one for your brand.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to take my car to the dealer for collision repair?

No. You choose the shop. We repair all makes and models, whether or not you bought the car from McGovern.

Do you use original manufacturer parts?

Yes. We repair with OEM parts, the same components the vehicle was built with, and follow the manufacturer's published repair procedures. On a certified brand that is a requirement of the certification rather than a preference, and it is what keeps factory safety systems working the way they were designed to.

Can you repair my electric vehicle?

Yes. We are trained and certified to work on EV battery systems, body panels, and the sensors behind driver assistance features, and we hold the OEC Electric Vehicle Handling Qualified designation. Aluminum-bodied vehicles are covered too, from an F-150 to a luxury aluminum structure, which takes separate tools and separate procedures.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes, we accept all major auto insurance companies. We work the claim alongside you, coordinating the inspection, the approvals, and the updates, so you are not the one chasing your adjuster. If you are paying out of pocket instead of filing, the process runs the same way.
